A little space for your eyes.
Pause the screen. Blink gently. Give your eyes a moment to rest.
Look beyond your screen
Choose an object about 20 feet (6 metres) away. Start the timer, then look at the object—not this screen.
Keep it comfortable. Stop if you feel pain or dizziness.

Can I stop wearing glasses?
Eye exercises do not correct myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism, or age-related focusing changes. Do not stop wearing prescribed glasses because of this app. If reducing dependence on glasses is your goal, an eye clinician can explain suitable correction options after examining your eyes. No option guarantees lifelong freedom from glasses.
Why are pencil push-ups and eye patches not included?
Treatment for a diagnosed binocular-vision condition should be selected by a qualified clinician. This app does not prescribe convergence drills, patching, forceful eye rolling, eye massage, or supplements.
When should I stop and seek help?
Stop any activity that causes symptoms. Persistent or recurrent discomfort needs an eye examination. Sudden vision loss, severe eye pain, or new flashes/floaters with a shadow or curtain needs urgent eye care.

Comfort, not vision correction
These are general screen-break prompts, not vision therapy. They do not cure myopia, astigmatism, or eye disease, and do not replace glasses or eye examinations. The 30-second routines are convenience timers, not prescribed treatment. Read AAO guidance.
Keep the basics comfortable
Reduce glare, use readable text, and blink regularly. Never press or rub your eyes. Persistent discomfort needs an eye examination. Sudden vision loss, severe eye pain, or new flashes with floaters needs urgent eye care. Read AOA screen-use guidance.
